Application Form
Following documents are required to be submitted along with the application form:
1. An attested photocopy of the matriculation certificate, showing the candidates date of birth.
2. Attested photocopy of mark-sheets of a) School finals b)I.A/I.Sc./I.Com c) Degree Examination and d)P.G. Examination
3. Attested photocopy of the first Degree , and Master Degree certificate afterwards.
4. College leaving certificate from the institute last attended.
5. Migration Certificate (original) if the candidate has passed the last examination from a University other than V.B.U.,Hazaribag.
6. Recent passport size photographs-(3 copies)
7. Two self addressed and stamped (Rs 5 ) envelopes for correspondence.
8. Domicile Certificate.
9. Any other relevant certificate, if required for caste (SC/ST) and physically challenged category etc.
